Our rigor and scientific curiosity met Loring Smart Roaster, one of the most innovative equipments in the world, known for offering artisanal control and very high-quality beans.

Coffees tasted include those from the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia, to the promise lands of coffee excellence, Colombia and to the progressive regions that have the best potential to offer quality coffee beans with distinct flavor profiles, Burundi.

Trofic is most well known for being a project that started from the specialty coffee field and hence for the food association with coffee. As a result, we focus on food that is both comfortable and nutritious, and that can easily compliment a coffee break, with great ingredients and well proportioned and designed dishes.
On the kitchen side, we look for the best ingredients out there and we cure our own meats: marinated salmon, sous vide salmon and sous vide turkey - all made in house.

Know your Ninety Plus ® Coffee: Panama Perci inside
Panama Perci is one of the first Ninety Plus projects. 100% geisha varietal, the coffee beans grow in Ethiopian trees from the Volcan region, at an altitude of 1.800 m.
Taste profile: Perci develops the characteristics specific to the geisha varietal: elegant body that reminds you of a black tea, intense sweetness and white flower notes in the aroma (jasmine, queen of the night flower, daffodil).
Processing: Natural. Contributes to the build of complexity in the cup, developing a complex, structured acidity, notes of raspberry, black chocolate and black rum.
